At MyFitness, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our nutritional products; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Code.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the food products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
